Privacy Policy
This policy explains how EVRIKO LLC (“EVRIKO,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the website at evriko.com and the phone and email channels listed on it. It covers people who visit the site, call our demo or contact lines, or email us.
Scope. This policy covers our own website and contact channels. The AI receptionists we build and operate for agencies and their clients process end-customer calls under separate agreements with those agencies; that processing is governed by those contracts and data-processing agreements, not by this policy.
Information we collect
Calls to our demo and contact lines
Our demo line and our business contact line are answered by an AI voice assistant. The underlying telephony and AI services are provided by a third-party service provider that processes calls on our behalf and under our instructions. Calls are recorded and transcribed.
From a call we may collect the call audio and its transcript, your phone number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and any information you choose to provide during the call (such as your name, your business, or details about your client base). We use this to respond to you, to demonstrate and improve our agents (within the limits described below), and to keep a record of the conversation.
Where this data is stored. Call recordings and transcripts are processed by our voice-infrastructure provider and are also stored in our own cloud object storage, so that we control our own records rather than depending on a vendor. Both copies are subject to the retention periods described below.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you include in it. We use it to correspond with you and to evaluate whether we can help.
Website usage
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic - for example, how many people visit and how many tap a phone number. This sets a first-party analytics cookie in your browser to tell repeat visits apart; it is read only by us and used only for our own aggregate statistics. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build cross-site profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. Google processes your IP address to derive approximate, coarse location; Google Analytics 4 does not log or retain your IP address, and we do not use it to identify you.
Call recording and consent
California is an “all-party consent” state for call recording. When you call our demo or contact line, the AI greeting discloses - before the conversation begins - that the call is recorded, that you are speaking with an AI assistant, and that by continuing you consent to the recording. If you ask directly, the assistant confirms honestly that it is an AI.
The demo line’s assistant answers under the name of a fictional business, used to show how the product works for our agency partners; our own contact line answers as EVRIKO.
How we use information
- To respond to your calls and emails and follow up with you.
- To operate, demonstrate, evaluate, and improve our voice agents and this website.
- To maintain records of our communications with you.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the security of our systems.
We do not sell or “share” (as those terms are used under California law) your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and data use
We rely on a small number of third parties that process information on our behalf and under our instructions - including our voice-infrastructure provider (for telephony, AI agent operation, recording, and transcription), our cloud storage provider, and our analytics provider. We do not name specific vendors in this policy because our infrastructure is intentionally swappable; we will provide current vendor details on request.
Model training
Our voice-infrastructure provider’s published terms state that it does not use customer data - including call recordings, transcripts, and derived data - to train or fine-tune any model, whether its own, a third party’s, or a foundation model, unless the customer permits it in writing. Its terms further state that it imposes contractual restrictions on its material AI subprocessors prohibiting them from training generalized models on customer data without express opt-in. We have not permitted any such use, and we are in the process of securing these commitments contractually in a data-processing agreement. We will update this section when that is complete.
Limited processing purpose
Our providers may process call data only to provide, secure, support, and maintain the services we use. They are not permitted to use the data for any independent purpose.
Aggregated, anonymized data
As is standard for enterprise platforms, our voice provider may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data - which cannot identify you or any individual - for analytics, benchmarking, and service-improvement purposes.
Retention
- Call audio (recordings): retained for up to 90 days, in both our voice provider’s systems and our own storage, after which it is deleted.
- Transcripts, call summaries, and call metadata: currently retained longer than the audio, as part of our service and business records. We are establishing a defined retention limit for this category as part of an ongoing privacy review, and will update this policy when it is set.
- Correspondence (such as emails): retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records.
You may request deletion of information we hold about you at any time - see Your rights below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, and to limit certain uses. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights; because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
To make a request, email . We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
